Today modern plants and factories have different levels of automation and digitization. But all of them have many manual workflows for production, maintenance, quality, safety and training. While most plants might already be digitized at the level of ERP, on the work floor they are often still managed on paper manually synchronized with spreadsheets and other applications. And even the parts of the plants that have been automated are often poorly interconnected. With the maturing of AR technology these plants will have all their workflows mapped and digitized.So how does AR integrate virtual signage and operation interface? How is it applied to the production line?
